2/21: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Marcus Lynn James, 27, 211 Louis St. — theft of a firearm; direct contempt of court. Bond: $40,000.
Paul Anthony Joubert, 50, 2106 Hagan St. — three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; direct contempt of court.
Eliud L. Trevino, 36, San Juan, Texas — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $12,500.
Kade Alexader Soileau, 19, 533 Sheila Drive, Vinton — child endangerment law-operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first or second offense; first-degree vehicular negligent injuring; driving on roadway laned for traffic.
Traman Ladon Thibodeaux, 40, 2924 South J.B. Carter Lane — illegal possession of stolen, first offense; possession or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; direct contempt of court. Bond: $30,000.
Dillon DAndre Brooks, 23, 3502 La. 14 — probation violation; possession of marijuana, third offense; two counts possession of synthetic marijuana, third of subsequent; possession of marijuana, fourth or subsequent offense; aggravated flight from an officer; hit-and-run driving.
Paul Leo Landry Jr., 61, 607 S. Cherry St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, failure to pay annual registration fee; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, first offense. Bond: $41,000.
Robert Earl Victory III, 42, 168 Phils Lane Apt. B, Moss Bluff — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, first offense. Bond: $25,000.
Marcus Ray Young, 38, 1901 7th St. — two counts drug possession; driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating vehicle while license is suspended. Bond: $10,200.
Elias L. Olympiou, 48, 716 W. Hale St. — six counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
Jose Omar Cruz-Hernandez, 36, Lafayette — residential contractor fraud $1,000 or more but less than $5,000; residential contractor fraud $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; exploitation of the infirmed; misapplication of payments prohibited over 1,000.
