Hershel Patrick Fontenot, 46, 710 Fall St. — residential contractor fraud $25,000 or more. Bond: $20,000.

Cody Michael Ardoin, 34, 251 Horrace Cormier Road, Ragley — residential contractor fraud $5,000 or more but less than $25,000. Bond: $15,000.

Charles Joseph Doyle Sr., 45, 2317 Kathy Drive, Sulphur — theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $50,000.

Quentin Arnell Brooks, 42, 1846 Fox Run Drive — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $40,000.

Kenoe Cartelle Burd, 28, Baton Rouge — domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Jimmy Lee Bellard, 61, 2604 Pineview St. — three counts direct contempt of court; simple escape; attempted theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; three counts drug possession; two counts possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); seven counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; resisting an officer. Bond: $72,500.

Jeremy Lee Shafer, 43, 268 Long Hill Drive, Sulphur — two counts drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; lighted lamps required.

Megan Michelle Manuel, 36, 2913 Alvin St. No. 2 — three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $8,000.

Daniel Paul Bell, 46, 1609 18th St. — video voyeurism.

Ronald Dwayne Warrior, 57, 2024 Medora St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense. Bond: $60,000.

Robert Lever Thomas, 44, 1125 N. Cherry St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator, second offense.

Koby Joseph Carroll, 28, 123 Roberta Drive, Sulphur  — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse aggravated assault.
