JENNINGS — The Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in identifying a suspect who entered a Jennings church through the back door and left with an item taken from inside.

The unidentified person is seen on camera walking through various parts of the church, before entering an office and walking out with an item that doesn’t belong to the person.

The burglary occurred around 11:15 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 30, at Bethel Church, 15147 La. 102 in Jennings.

Anyone with information on the identity of the person is asked to contact the Jeff Davis Parish Sheriff’s Office at 824-3850.
