Kermitt Jerome Levier, 36, 1236 S. Railroad Ave. — battery of a police officer; battery of a police officer, offender in legal custody; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; simple escape.

Danny Ray Mearse, 37, 270 La. 109 South, Starks — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; theft less than $1,000; bicycle lamps and reflectors.

Khalil Raheem Senegal, 23, 2103 Bancroft St. — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; owner to secure registration. Bond: $8,100.

Joseph Courie Anderson, 43, 2013 13th St. — false swearing for purpose of violating public health or safety; simple arson. Bond: $100,000.

James Edward Luye, 43, 6013 Perry Lane — domestic abuse battery, intentional use of force with dangerous weapons.

Christopher Wayne Pullam, 38, 927 Tallow Road — disturbing the peace; resisting an officer; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; battery of a police officer; simple assault.

Donavon Lrhon McZeal, 31, 3204 Landfair St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $10,000.

Linda Gail Whelchel, 63, 701 Cash St., Westlake — cruelty to persons with infirmities; filing or maintaining false public records. Bond: $32,500.

Thomas Vernas Hilliard III, 45, Bridge City, Texas — drug possession; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; possession of firearm or carrying of concealed weapon by person convicted of domestic abuse battery and certain offenses of battery of dating partner; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles.

James Alexander Myles, 48, 2110 12th St. — two counts domestic abuse battery; two counts direct contempt of court; resisting an officer.

Travis Wayne Sellers, 37, 1991 Sam Houston Jones Parkway, Moss Bluff — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts failure to possess the required license for home improvements, residential construction; seven counts theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000; two counts direct contempt of court.

Jason Wayne Corder, 42, homeless — two counts direct contempt of court; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Jose Luis Rodriguez, 36, Houston — failure to possess the required license for home improvements, residential construction.

Lisa Michelle Govea, 40, Houston — domestic abuse battery.
