A sign on the sidewalk in front of Pujo St. Cafe Tuesday announces that the restaurant at 901 Ryan St. is now serving take-out and drive-through meals only. Gov. John Bel Edwards’ office announced Monday, March 16 that Louisiana’s restaurants are limited to take-out, delivery or drive-through service only as the state continues to try to slow the spread of the coronavirus. The changes went into effect at midnight Tuesday.
