A masonry worker uses a lift to clean bricks at Erdace Apartments, 600 Ryan St., Thursday afternoon. Ground was broken for the four-story 270-unit complex in January 2018. Originally projected to open in Spring 2019, a worker said Thursday, “It’s getting close. We’re just putting on the finishing touches now.”
