At stores like Walgreens, discounts are often restricted to certain weekly or monthly “Senior Days.” And entertainment venues usually offer reduced prices for seniors looking to catch a movie or play a round of golf.

The establishments usually don’t advertise their senior discounts, though, so saving money means asking for the discount at checkout.
