1/12: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following December arrests:

Matthew Wade Cunningham, 34, 2003 Thorn Road — domestic abuse battery.

William Simon Lastrapes, 44, 1010 Stevenson Lane, Vinton — stalking.

Kevin Joseph Demarest, 40, 5463 James Clark Road, Sulphur — possible outboard with serial number removed; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $9,500.

Jerold Marquis Jordan Mitchell, 36, 8511 Gulf Highway No. 740 — domestic abuse battery-strangulation.

Brian Keith Robinson, 35, 2141 Green Acres — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense; five counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; resisting an officer; obstruction of justice; operating vehicle while license is suspended.

Rachel Louise Foster, 49, 505 Corley St., DeQuincy — domestic abuse battery.

Yulissa Rios-Raudales, 21, 2514 Drum Drive — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Jason Paul Nero, 46, 3327 Carver Road — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Tomeeka Deshawn Hutson, 32, 2400 Fruge St. — resisting a police officer with force or violence; battery of a police officer; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; disturbing the peace.

Detria Antwinette Braxton, 43, 4013 Perkins Ave., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment. Bond: $15,000.

David Jermaine Regan, 46, 605 Miller Ave. Apt. A, Westlake — two counts drug possession; entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; direct contempt of court; traffic laws apply to persons riding bicycles; obstruction of justice; flight from an officer; resisting an officer by flight; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Carvin Bell, 54, 3103 8th St. — three counts drug possession; direct contempt of court; bicycle lamps an reflectors; pedestrians on highways or interstate highways; resisting an officer; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Justin Joseph Andrews, 47, Lafayette — five counts simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; four counts looting; four counts theft from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $417,400.

Christopher James Stebbins, 58, Lake Charles — battery of a police officer; disturbing the peace; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D; resisting a police officer with force or violence. Bond: $11,500.

Daryl Wayne Bormann, 46, 1225 Country Club Road No. 13301 — domestic abuse battery.

Chadwick Dale Freeman, 49, 3017 Admiral Nimitz St. — flight from an officer; three counts drug possession; turning movements and required signals; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; obstruction of justice; expired plate.; driving on roadway laned for traffic; resisting an officer; operating a vehicle while license is suspended.

Winifred Ann Normile, 34, 616 W. 18th St. No. 3 — violations of protective orders. Bond: $12,500.

Shukia Wynese Fontenot, 43, homeless — possession of synthetic marijuana-third or subsequent offense; violation of uniform controlled dangerous substances law-drug-free zone; unauthorized possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages on public school property; criminal trespass; battery of emergency room personnel, emergency services personnel or a health care professional; battery of a police officer; two counts direct contempt of court; aggravated assault. Bond: $19,750.

Enri Miguel Franklin, 37, 805 Topsy Road, No. 38, Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; false imprisonment.

Austin Avery Wigg, 30, 1665 Marlin Road, Moss Bluff — probation violation; switched license plate; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; drug possession; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D. Bond: $7,100.

Nathen Marks Arceneaux, 20, 861 E. Lyons St., Sulphur — violation of protective orders-first offense.

Peter Joseph Galmore, 32, 3424 Skipper St. — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment; cruelty to juveniles.

Jeremy Scott Champagne, 43, 932 Tallow Road No. 17 — unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Bond: $45,000.

Walter Gustavo Estrada, 32, 1740 6th Ave. 20 — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
