12/17: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Javeon Jaquez Lemoine, 25, 6675 U.S. 90 East No. 123 — theft less than $1,000; maximum speed limit; expired MVI; simple robbery; aggravated flight from an officer; resisting an officer.

Felix Guilermo Ramos-Ocasio, 18, 5905 Corbina Road — battery of a police officer; resisting a police officer with force or violence; interfering with a law enforcement investigation. Bond: $12,500.

Mitchell Anthony St. Julien, 18, 1721 Rena St. — resisting a police officer with force or violence; battery of a police officer with injury requiring medical attention; interfering with a law enforcement investigation.

Damarcus Dean Minor, 18, 910 14th St. Apt. 2 — direct contempt of court; disturbing the peace; drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $15,500.

Tyler Dwayne Laday, 22, 21st St. — disturbing the peace; criminal trespass; resisting a police officer with force or violence; battery of a police officer. Bond: $6,500.

Marvin McDonald Roberts, 36, 1200 LeBouef St., Vinton — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Bryan Joseph Guillory, 36, Beaumont, Texas — simple burglary; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; traffic-control signals; proper equipment require don vehicles; all drivers must secure license. Bond: $41,650.

Mervis Ovidio Avila-Izaguirre, 44, 1813 Legion St. — domestic abuse battery-intentional use of force dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury; domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Brazil Ameir Napoleon, 17, 2407 11th St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Johnta Marquis Monge, 33, Houston — two counts theft of a motor vehicle from $25,000 or more; two counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.

Nathaniel Joseph Conner, 36, 5354 Pheasant Lane — stalking.

Damian Joseph Duhon, 33, Beaumont, Texas — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

Brent Allen Touchet, 48, 3149 Davis Road, Westlake — drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies.

Jessica Billie Robinson, 45, 910 Green Road Apt. 1 — prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession; theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; forgery; direct contempt of court; attempt and conspiracy.

Joshua Jay Reeves, 41, 1500 Eunice St., Sulphur — drug possession; attempt and conspiracy; switched license plate; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.
