Brandi Tammarah Smith, 36, 1130 Guillory St., Westlake — domestic abuse-aggravated assault; cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $23,000.

Jennifer Lynn Materne, 46, 2313 Salmon St. — two counts drug possession; criminal trespass; two counts direct contempt of court; bicycle lamps and reflectors; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Kiynen Davon Chieves, 23, 1932 8th St. — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal possession of stolen firearms-first offense; illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.

Jmarcus Yuhon Latulas, 31, 301 Catalina St. — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal possession of stolen firearms-first offense; illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more.

Jeremiah D. Landry, 25, 2314 Poplar St. — illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense.

Larry Charles Caraker, 42, Seguin, Texas — operating while intoxicated, third offense; one-way roadways and rotary traffic islands; penalties for stop and yield sign violations; driving on roadway laned for traffic; aggravated flight from an officer; resisting an officer; operating vehicle while license is suspended.

Tyler Allyn Trahan, 24, 3116 Common St. — domestic abuse aggravated assault; resisting an officer.

Jason Jacob Winford, 40, 1712 Winterhalter St. — unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; domestic abuse battery; interfering with emergency communication. Bond: $17,000.

Gregory Joseph Guillory, 69, 333 Mill St. — aggravated assault with a firearm; aggravated assault upon a dating partner; violations of protective orders.

Cesar Israel Ixcoy-Lobos, 32, Jayess, Miss. — operating while intoxicated, third offense; possession of alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles; careless operation; driver must be licensed.
