A 20-year-old Iowa, La., man was arrested Thursday following a fatal shooting.

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office said it was contacted by the Iowa Police Department at about 10 a.m. requesting assistance in reference to a deceased person — later identified as Tyrinn A. Leday, 22 — found in a ditch in the area of S. Bowers Avenue and W. 1st Street.
