Students ride a chair swing at the Calcasieu Parish School Board Special Services Carnival on Wednesday. Students were treated with a visit to the Lake Charles Event Center filled with carnival favorites — games, face painting, prizes, activities, a petting zoo, a balloon artists and a petting zoo.
