Isolated tornadoes, hail and damaging wind gusts are possible across Southwest Louisiana on Thursday as a cold front moves into the area.

National Weather Service Lake Charles said a few storms could produce heavy rainfall resulting in localized flooding. General rainfall amounts are expected to be between 0.5 to 1.25 inches.

Lake Charles, Cameron, DeRidder and Leesville have the greatest chance of seeing rainfall at about noon Thursday through about 3 a.m. Friday.
