Thomas E. “Tom” Holcomb, 78, of Lake Charles, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2024, at his residence surrounded by family.  Tom was born on May 6, 1946, in Many La. to Andrew and Rachel Holcomb.  

 He served his country as a proud member of the National Guard and was the owner/operator of H&R Water Wells.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Brenda Holcomb; daughters, Traci Hickingbottom (Kris), and Olivia “Libby” Henry (Gil), as well as, five grandsons, Tyler Hickingbottom, Grant Hickingbottom, Mason Hickingbottom, Joseph Henry, and Grayson Henry.

Visitation will be Monday, Nov. 18, 2024, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 4 p.m., at Johnson Funeral Home, 4321 Lake St. Lake Charles, LA 70605.  Burial will take place at Mt. Olive Baptist Church Cemetery in Many, La. at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Tom’s church, University Baptist Church, in Lake Charles.
