Ready to have some Halloween fun?
It’s Halloween at the Calcasieu Parish Public Library, where you’ll find all treats without tricks!
Check out some “spook-tacular” programs for those young and old goblins looking for something fun to do!
- The Great Pumpkin Story Time!
3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at the Starks Library, 113 S. Highway 109 (337) 721-7107. Can you pick the perfect pumpkin? Find out as we enjoy a delightful Story Time featuring a tale about a woman who did just that, along with the adventurous journey of a runaway pumpkin!
- Spookapalooza Story Time!
3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at Central Library, 301 W. Claude St. (337) 721-7116. To celebrate the spookiest month of the year, join us at the Central Library where we’ll be having a frightfully fun story time and a silly craft to go with it!
- Boo Bash
4-6 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 30, at the Moss Bluff Library, 261 Parish Road (337) 721-7128. The Moss Bluff Library invites you to Boo Bash 2024. We will have games, crafts, and sweet treats for all ages. Family-friendly costumes are welcome. See you there!
- Pierre’s Not So Scary Party
5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Sulphur Regional Library, 1160 Cypress St. (337) 721-7138. Families are warmly invited to Pierre’s Not-So-Scary Party! Enjoy a festive event filled with candy, games, and plenty of fun activities. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
- Boo-Tastic Bash at Prien Lake Mall
5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Prien Lake Mall, 496 W Prien Lake Rd., Children can join us, along with other vendors, at the Boo-Tastic Bash for tricks, treats, and a fun time all around.
