The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Edwin Emmanual Bonnette II, 61, 340 Perkins St., Sulphur — driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating while intoxicated-fourth offense; operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses; parole detainer. Bond: $152,600.

Richard Celestine Jr., 34, 1100 Virginia St. — simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; domestic abuse battery; revocation of parole. Bond: $8,000.

Sandra Ann Harrison, 58, 5905 Corbina Road No. 3 — cruelty to juveniles.

Michael Cade Richard, 41, 410 Smith St., DeQuincy — second-degree battery. Bond: $9,500.

Henry Oliver Harrison, 33, 1011 W. 18th St. — cruelty to juveniles. Bond: $90,000.

Ashley Darcell Smith, 37, 330 Goss Blvd. — two counts drug possession; possession of marijuana-first offense (14 grams or less); prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $6,000.

Gregory Allen Hitt, 61, 417 S. Kinney, Iowa, La. — drug possession. Bond: $25,000.

Justin Thomas Boos, 17, 417 S. Kinney, Iowa, La. — three counts drug possession; sale, distribution of possession of legend drug without prescription or order; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS.

Nia Naomi Ned, 26, 1609 Jackson St. — theft less than $1,000; direct contempt of court; domestic abuse aggravated assault child endangerment.

Henry Joseph Savoy, 57, 606 N. Booker St. — direct contempt of court; hit-and-run driving; operating vehicle while license is suspended; operating while intoxicated-third offense.
