Luther Charles Waites Jr., 53, 628 Shasta St. — domestic abuse battery-serious bodily injury; domestic abuse battery-strangulation.

Harry Tom Washington II, 45, 173 Busby Road, Ragley — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $40,000.

Brett Paul Abbott, 51, 2899 Sugarloaf Drive Apt. 100 — obscenity. Bond: $25,000.

Jermaine Torino Jordan, 50, 1029 N. Shattuck St. — obscenity.

Zavier Celestine, 26, 1805 Tousand St. — domestic abuse aggravated child endangerment; telephone communications/improper language/harassment; resisting an officer; aggravated assault with a firearm; theft less than $1,000; criminal trespass; simple assault; direct contempt of court.

Laura Marie Lavan, 49, 1141 Mosswood Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Justin Thomas Freeman, 34, 2001 Vito St. — two counts unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $97,500.

Kassie Nichole Bertrand, 26, 628 Topsy Road — battery of a police officer; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; probation violation.

Alex Donnell Thomas, 36, 9315 Kelburn St., Houston — two counts simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; attempted simple burglary. Bond: $44,500.

Keontaye Raychelle Edwards, 24, 1600 23rd St. Apt. 14 — battery of a dating partner-first offense.

Dawn Marie Welch, 43, 3023 Crockett St., Westlake — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $5,000.

Brian Douglas Smith Jr., 38, 4054 Gill Drive, Sulphur — battery of a dating partner-pregnant victim.
