9/20: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Dawayne Allen Hardman, 45, 301 Balboa St. — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.
Jose Eleuterio Cano Jr., 33, 1107 West St., Vinton — domestic abuse battery-pregnant victim; violations of protective orders.
James Harland Hays Jr., 33, 1067 La. 27, DeQuincy — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. Bond: $55,000.
Walter James Curtis Jr., 17, 1844 Rena St. — armed robbery-use of a firearm. Bond: $100,000.
Caroline Monique Mayeaux-Benoit, 47, 1977 Corbello Road — domestic abuse aggravated assault.
Daniel Wayne Thomason, 35, 1208 Katy Lane, Westlake — two counts direct contempt of court; aggravated criminal damage to property; hit-and-run driving; operating vehicle while license is suspended.
