Elicia Carnella Ceasar, 25, 101 Tousaint Road — careless operation; flight from an officer; resisting an officer. Bond: $9,100.

Marlon Fernando Quevedo-Reyes, 20, homeless — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); hit-and-run driving; driver must be licensed; no motor vehicle insurance; immigration detainer. Bond: $7,000.

Jermaine Duntrel Joseph, 24, 3382 L. Benoit Road — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment

Kyle David Traxler, 19, 825 W. Verdine St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-pregnant victim.

Daniel Isaac Wilson, 59, 1908 Harless St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $15,000.

Matthew Leonard Reed, 32, Cottonport — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; interfering with emergency communication.

Joshua Allen Wisner, 37, 202 E. Jim Pickens Road, Sulphur — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D. Bond: $25,000.

Shaundra Elyse Williams, 28, 211 N. Booker St. — Bank fraud. Bond: $10,000.

Leward Scott Clement, 35, 3615 Bayou D’Inde Pass, Westlake — simple burglary; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $21,500.

Kevin Ramon Smith, 61, 126 Kirkman St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-failure to pay annual registration fee. Bond: $25,000.

Daniel Alan Young, 33, 514 Navarre St., Sulphur — simple burglary; drug possession; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $24,000.

Dathon Joseph Broussard, 20, 1315 Joseph St., Sulphur — direct contempt of court; aggravated assault; simple burglary; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $15,000.

Ashley Nchole Burton, 42, 4200 Luke Powers Road — direct contempt of court; three counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or more). Bond: $15,500.

Shannon Faye Snyder, 45, 922 Cleveland St. — two counts direct contempt of court; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less0; illegal possession of stolen things from $25,000 or more; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.
