It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Gary Mouhot. Mike was born on May 7, 1960, in Kinder, La., and passed away on Aug. 22, 2024, in Lake Charles, La., at the age of 64.

Mike will be deeply missed by his mother, Gloria Mouhot; brother, Greg Mouhot (Tara); sister-in-law, Mona Mouhot; numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and extended family.

Mike was preceded in death by his father, Carlton Mouhot and one brother, Rick Mouhot.

Family invites friends to gather and celebrate his life on Monday, Aug. 26, 2024 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. in Chapel of Simple Traditions by Johnson.
