The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Charles Thomas Bailey Jr., 39, 153 Louisiana Ave. No. 500 — driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating vehicle while license is suspended; operating while intoxicated, second offense; drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $17,500.

Carlena Ann Claybrook, 42, Vidor, Texas — domestic abuse battery.

Bradley Keith Manuel, 34, 916 Cooley Road, Moss Bluff — identity theft; careless operation; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; drug possession; certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited.

Shondricka Myrlene Franklin, 37, 2717 Laurel Bridge Court — second-degree kidnapping. Bond: $75,000.

Jeremy Adam Foreman, 34, 302 Bruce Circle, Moss Bluff — simple burglary; theft of a motor vehicle from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft less than $1,000; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $27,500.

Christopher Michael Kelly, 46, 202 E. Jim Pickens Road, Sulphur — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $7,500.

Sigifredo Pizana, 57, Houston — residential contractor fraud $25,000 or more.

Jasmyn Raye Washington, 25, 1605 Graham St. — exploitation of the infirmed. Bond: $12,500.

Amber Michelle Thibodeaux, 41, 7864 Nelson Road No. 25 — bank fraud; forgery; direct contempt of court.. Bond: $10,000.

Colby Lane LeBlanc, 31, Hattiesburg, Miss. — drug possession; violations of protective orders.
