The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Titus Rendell Simien, 45, 2501 Joe St. — direct contempt of court; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; disturbing the peace; resisting an officer; three counts drug possession. Bond: $52,500.

Joshua James McGrit, 29, 296 La. 165, Oberlin — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.

Naomi Kay Morris, 64, 130 Blanchard Road — theft from $25,000 or more. Bond: $75,000.

Craig Anthony Bennett, 42, 6675 U.S. 90 East No. 86 — certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions prohibited; drug possession; obstruction of justice; three counts direct contempt of court.

Jonathon James Eubanks, 2234 1/2 Plainview Drive — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $12,500.

Isaiah Lee Ruiz, 21, homeless — domestic abuse battery-strangulation.

Ben Allen Monroe Jr., 21, 930 West St., Vinton — two counts organized retail theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; four counts theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia.

Justin Lee Daley, 27, 1805 Hodges St. — two counts organized retail theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; drug possession.

Christopher Ryan Babcock, 30, 5722 Perry Lane — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; probation violation; disturbing the peace; battery of a correctional facility employee; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; battery of a police officer.

Joshua Paul Willis, 34, 280 Stanley Road, Vinton — domestic abuse battery.

Ryan Luther Thompson, 47, 626 W. Carlton St., Sulphur — six counts drug possession; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS. Bond: $12,000.
