A Lake Charles man has been charged with video voyeurism after being found in possession of a video of a nude young girl.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kayla Vincent said detectives received a complain on Sunday in reference to Kenneth B. Leblanc, 33, being in possession of a video of a young girl under the age of 12.

“During the investigation detectives were advised Leblanc had likely hidden his phone in the bathroom of the victim’s home, videotaping the girl nude, while she was changing,” Vincent said.

Leblanc was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile; and video voyeurism.

Judge Tony Fazzio set his bond at $250,000.
