Carrilline Sylvester Batiste, 84, departed this life on Monday, July 22, 2024.

She is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Sylvester Hursey of Lake Charles, La. and a host of nieces, nephews, 

Her funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024 Starlight Baptist Church under the direction of Stevens’ Funeral Home.  Visitation is Saturday 9 a.m. to 10:50 a.m. at the church.
