Community Open Houses will be hosted for the public to learn more about the Enterprise Boulevard Extension Project. Two open houses will be held, one on Tuesday, July 16, and a second on Thursday, July 18. Both open houses will take place from 6-7 p.m. at the Martin Luther King Junior Center located at 2009 Simmons St.

These open houses will provide property owners and residents the opportunity to review plans for the extension of Enterprise Boulevard. Project engineers and design team members will be on hand to answer questions and receive community feedback.

The Enterprise Boulevard Extension project is an LC Rebound project, a tax neutral bond proposition that was passed by city of Lake Charles voters in the November 2023 general election.
