Crews named to dean’s list
SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Trinity Crews from Lake Arthur has been named to the dean’s list at Missouri State University.

Four students recognized
UNIVERSITY, Miss. — Four Southwest Louisiana students have been named to the spring chancellor’s honor roll at the University of Mississippi.
They are Emma Freeman of Lake Charles, majoring in electrical engineering; Annabel Keers of Sulphur, majoring in biological science; Jenna Lewis of Lake Charles, majoring in forensic chemistry; and Alyssa Morton of Lake Charles, majoring in psychology.
The list is reserved for students who earn a semester grade-point average of 3.75-4.00.
Dempsey named to dean’s list
ADELPHI, Md. — Bryce Dempsey of Lake Charles was named to the dean’s list for the spring 2024 term at University of Maryland Global Campus.
To be eligible for the honor, a student must complete at least six credits during the term, earned a grade-point average of at least 3.5 for the term, and maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.5 at UMGC.
Morales named to dean’s list
STATESBORO, Ga. —Georgia Southern University recently recognized about 3,460 students on the spring 2024 dean’s list. Allisyn Morales of DeRidder was among them.
To be eligible for the Dean’s List, a student must have at least a 3.5 grade point average and carry a minimum of 12 hours for the semester.
Stump honored at Miami University
OXFORD, Ohio —Natalie Stump of Lake Charles was named to the dean’s list at Miami University for the 2024 spring semester.
