The city of Lake Charles Solid Waste Division is reminding residents of a permanent location change to the Green Truck Recycling Drop-off schedule.

As of May 1, the Wednesday location of the Green Truck has moved to the Lake Charles Event Center south parking lot at 900 Lakeshore Drive. Hours of operation remain 9 a.m.-3:45 p.m.

This truck was previously located in the former Kroger parking lot on 12th Street and residents are asked not to leave recyclables at this location, as this is privately owned property.

Locations and times for all other days remain the same.
