5/24: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Tamika Monique Turpin, 38, 4305 Cristina St. Apt. 2 — simple burglary; theft of a firearm. Bond: $42,500.
Robert Legardy Kearse, 37, Houston — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $15,000.
Myles Simon, 19, 3619 Texas St. — resisting an officer; attempted theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; offenses against computer equipment or supplies under $500; simple criminal damage to property from $1,000 but less than $50,000; illegal carrying of weapons-possession, custody or use of any tools customarily used by thieves or burglars. Bond: $42,500.
Hayward James Henderson Sr., 71, 619 N. Adams St. — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $85,000.
Chad Allen Schultze, 41, Seguin, Texas — illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense. Bond: $25,000.
Janine Fawn Gerhart, 44, 2416 Gulfway Boulevard, Westlake — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
Marvin Donald Pelt III, 34, Crawfordville, Fla. — prohibited acts, Schedule II-child endangerment; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $27,500.
Shannon Faye Snyder, 45, Tallahassee, Fla. — certain activities regarding contraband in penal institutions; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; prohibited acts, Schedule II-child endangerment. Bond: $37,500.
Bonnie Ledoux Hayes, 33, 744 Soileau Road, Sulphur — two counts direct contempt of court; two counts prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; two counts drug possession. Bond: $21,500.
Jesse Lee Reynolds, 37, 2401 Kathy Drive, Sulphur — child endangerment law-operating a vehicle while intoxicated, first of second offense; two counts drug possession; operating vehicle while license is suspended; careless operation; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17; unlawfully supplying any product for the purpose of falsifying a screening test.
