Alan Dean McGrew, age 66, of Edgefield, S. C. passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 20, 2024. Alan was born on Aug. 20, 1957 to Kenneth and Joyce Broxson McGrew. 

Alan worked as a painter until he retired. In his spare time Alan loved to hunt and fish. 

Those left to cherish his memory his wife, Carol Akins McGrew; his parents; three brothers, Curtis, Jimmy, and Kerry McGrew, and one sister, Diana McGee.

A memorial visitation will begin at 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Hixson Funeral Home of Moss Bluff.
