Gloria Faye “Doe” Cloud, 93, passed away at home on March 8, 2024.

Doe was born on Sept. 11, 1930 to Tilman and Nannie Dell Scruggs in West Monroe, La.

She married Leonard Cloud in 1947 and went on to have five children, Paul Tilman Cloud, Gary Henson Cloud, Debra Lynn Mullins, Lori Susanne Johnson, and Kelly Winston Cloud. Together they had 10 grandchildren, Chaney Cloud, Brent Cloud, Traci Koons, Jill Abshire, Kylie Mullins, Mallory Long, Caitlyn Johnson, Caleb Johnson, Maison Cloud and Collin Cloud, as well as 10 great-grandchildren. 

Doe supported her husband and worked alongside Leonard at Cloud Construction in Sulphur, La. for many years before she started her own business, The Art Shop, also in Sulphur, La. They moved to Hackberry, La. in 1993 which will be Doe’s final resting place beside her husband.
