2/21: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Terrell Deon Fontenot, 42, 3563 Monroe St. — possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies. Bond: $35,000.
Sandy Dawn Breaux, 33, 300 N. Thomson Ave., Iowa, La. — possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presences of persons under 17; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $8,000.
Dylan Avante Vincent, 23, 342 Avalon St. — attempted first-degree murder. Bond: $200,000.
Justin Wade Laughlin, 30, 428 N. Claiborne, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-strangulation; domestic abuse battery, second offense.
Payton Bryce Mott, 19, 1141 Mosswood Drive No. 237, Sulphur — theft of a motor vehicle.
