Mary “Jane” Leona Morrison, age 91, of Westlake, La. passed away on Sunday, Feb. 4, 2024.

Mary loved her church family at First Baptist Church of Westlake and spending time with her family. 

Her memory will be cherished by her brother, LeRoy Lyons; son, Gary Morrison (Barbara); daughters, Coylene Adams (Bill) and Amanda Granger (Howard); grandson, Michael White (Jennifer); granddaughters, Maranda Dautriel, Leah Tyler, LeAnn Adams, and Alivia McLean (Josh), and 12 great-grandchildren. 

She is welcomed into Heaven by her loving husband, Oliver Morrison, parents; Walter Lyons and Mary Duhon; brothers, W.L. Lyons Jr. and Robert Lyons; sisters, Emma Dennis, Beulah Venissat, and Edna May Moss.

The family will welcome the public for visitation at Hixson Funeral Home of Westlake on Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Visitation will resume Friday, Feb. 9, 2024, at 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Westlake Memorial Park Cemetery.
