1/22: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Aerinn Devohn Guillory, 32, 2770 Power Centre Parkway No. 210 — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense; probation detainer. Bond: $45,000.

Aristides Arevalo-Rodriguez, 51, Pine Prairie — driving on roadway laned for traffic; operating while intoxicated, first offense; public bribery. Bond: $22,750.

Brandon Wade Smith, 29, 817 Weeks Lane — three counts direct contempt of court; no stop lights; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; revocation of parole. Bond: $11,250.

John David Samuel Jr., 53, 817 Clyde St. — theft less than $1,000; simple burglary; criminal trespass. Bond: $28,000.

Timothy Wayne Says, 64, 1311 Old River Road, Starks — display of plates; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $10,650.

Vaylon Cruz Hester, 38, 1 Sherwood Drive Apt. 4, Sulphur — two counts simple burglary.

Paul Anthony Joubert, 52, 2106 Hagan St. — two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; secretary to require periodical inspection; all drivers must secure license; switched license plate.

Kelly Ellis, 38, 1503 California St. — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense.

Tabatha Nicol Berry, 35, 804 Loree St., Vinton — theft less than $1,000; drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia. Bond: $8,000.

Brandon Michael Kelley, 41, 4133 Russell St., Sulphur — two counts theft less than $1,000; two counts forgery; theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; bank fraud; forgery; monetary instrument abuse; resisting an officer.

Kaari Rahiem Topps, 31, 8511 Gulf Highway — drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; tail lamps. Bond: $27,650.

Carlos Eduardo Hernandez, 21, 172 W. Brimstone St. No. 36, Sulphur — general speed law; drug possession; driver must be licensed. Bond: $75,500.
