The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:
Nathan Hal Tomasini, 28, Vancouver, Wash. — simple arson; injury by arson; simple burglary. Bond: $37,500.
David Joseph Smith Jr., 46, 1415 7th St. — four counts direct contempt of court; two counts drug possession; monetary instrument abuse; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense.
Elizabeth Ann Palermo, 37, 24173 Carl Hope Road, Iowa, La. — identity theft $1,000 or more. Bond: $9,500.
Terry Richard, 48, 2302 Center St., Vinton — battery of a dating partner, first offense.
Aereck Ashlee Craig, 21, Beaumont, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less); resisting an officer by flight. Bond: $36,000.
Shakira LaNae Ford, 25, Beaumont, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $26,000.
Cecil Gene Walker, 56, 1171 Rigmaiden Cemetery Road, DeQuincy — three counts failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-first offense; two counts failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator-second offense; drug possession.
Kennedy Janae Lemoins, 20, 524 E. Oak Lane No. 1 — cruelty to juveniles; direct contempt of court. Bond: $50,000.
Monique Chavez, 23, 2950 8th St., Beaumont, Texas — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less). Bond: $26,000.
William Blake Leeds, 36, 145 Tower Lane, DeRidder — four counts drug possession.
Timothy Wayne Phillips, 35, 2877 S. Beglis Parkway No. 705, Sulphur — no turn signals; drug possession; possession of synthetic marijuana,a first offense; illegal use of controlled dangerous substances in the presence of persons under 17. Bond: $22,100.
Blain Thomas Swisher, 36, 6132 Stewart Road, Vinton — domestic abuse battery-strangulation. Bond: $20,000.
Oscar Rodriguez, 41, 109 Garden St., No. 182, Sulphur — domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
Kato Jamal Harrison, 34, 1219 N. Simmons St. — simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling; two counts drug possession; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; resisting an officer. Bond: $50,000.
Brandon Blake Authement, 27, 1887 Arsene Road No. 42 — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator. Bond: $25,000.
Lance Michael Narcisse, 36, New Iberia — sale, distribution or possession of legend drug without prescription or order; aggravated flight from an officer; three counts drug possession; direct contempt of court. Bond: $45,000.
Frank Edward Simpson, 27, 422 Luke Powers Road No. 42 — domestic abuse battery; false imprisonment.
Dahlen Morgan Kiffe, 31, 208 Beauregard St. — domestic abuse battery; domestic abuse battery-child endangerment.
Aaron Daniel Perry, 25, 1308 E. Holly Hill Circle, Westlake — two counts drug possession; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses; prohibited acts, drug paraphernalia; possession of marijuana, first offense (14 grams or less)
