On Sept. 26, the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office received a complaint regarding Clint E. Ashworth, 45, sexually assaulting a family member under the age of 15 earlier this year.

After further investigation, on Nov. 29, Ashworth was arrested and booked in the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with aggravated crime against nature.

Judge Tony Fazzio set his bond at $1.5 million.

The investigation is continuing.
