Russell B Fuselier

Russell Fuselier, 64, of Houston, Texas passed away suddenly on Tuesday, Nov. 7, 2023 from the side effects of Chemotherapy.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Kim, and daughter, Ashli, of Houston. Survivors also include his parents, Claude and Deola “Dee” Fuselier of Lake Charles, La.; three brothers, Carl (Karen) of Little Rock, Ark., Kenneth (Elizabeth) and Douglas; two sisters, Cyndi Fuselier Drachmann (Jens) and Sheila Fuselier Ahlgrim (David) all of Lake Charles.
Russell was a graduate of Lake Charles High School and Louisiana Tech University. He was a faithful employee at ISD Engineers in Houston as a Civil Designer Engineer for 17 years. He enjoyed music, camping, hiking, watching the LSU Tigers, New Orleans Saints, Dallas Cowboys, and the Houston Astros. Russell always had a special place in his heart for animals. He loved his family and always looked forward to family gatherings.
A memorial service will be held at Johnson Funeral Home located at 4321 Lake Street in Lake Charles, La. on Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2023 from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. A rosary recited by family members will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a service led by Deacon Tony Pousson. A private inurnment will be held at Consolata Cemetery.
