The Lake Charles Ward 3 Pryce/Miller Recreation Center at 216 Albert St. hosted a Breast Cancer Walk Wednesday spearheaded by Sharon Welcome, the center’s senior coordinator. Breast cancer survivors Karen Myers and Tanika Johnson shared their stories and their talks were followed by a walk of several laps around the center’s indoor gym, lead by the Washington-Marion Magnet High School Marching Jukebox band.
