William Curtis Desselle died on Oct. 8, 2023. Bill was born on Apr. 17, 1947 in Lake Charles and attended La Grange High School. He attended Holy Trinity Episcopal Church in Sulphur. He worked at Citgo for 36 years.  He was preceded in death by parents, M.P. Mack Desselle and Lillie Mae Hantz Desselle; his sister, Francis Plauche; brother Johnny Desselle, and granddaughter, Chelsea Farmer. 

He is survived by his children, Sherry (Elaine) Desselle, Vicky (Jason) Farmer, and John (Phil) Desselle; children’s mother, Madelyn Walters; sister, Beth (Terri) Michel; grandchildren, Dylan (Jessi) Farmer, Jake and Gavin, and great-grandchildren, Graceyn and Tessa.

Visitation is Friday, Oct. 13th at 1 p.m. at Holy Trinity Episcopal Church, 1700 Maplewood Dr. in Sulphur, La. His memorial service will follow at 3 p.m.
