On Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023, Kimberly Faye Benoit, of League City, Texas passed away at the age of 53. Kim was born Feb. 20, 1970 in Eunice, La. to Bob and Emma Guillory.

Kim was a devoted and loving wife and mother. Kim met and married the love of her life, Steven Benoit, and had two beautiful daughters, Alexandra Rose and Katheryn Elyse, and raised their family is  League City, Texas. 

Kim enjoyed volunteering in the Children’s Ministry at her church. She always loved deeply and brought joy and laughter to those around her. 

She is survived by her mother, Emma Lee Guillory; siblings, James Randall (Teri) Guillory and Krystyna Nicole (Eric) Lee and  three nieces.

She was preceded in death by her father, Bob Winston Guillory; grandmothers, grandfathers, , as well as, her father-in-law. 

A “Remember When” themed memorial service will be held on Sunday, Oct. 8, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Westside Baptist Church (Moss Bluff), located at 1437 Sutherland Road, Lake Charles, LA 70611. Family and friends are encouraged to bring school photos and mementos and will also be invited to share their favorite memories.
