Jessie James Siverand Sr., 42, 2006 Katherine St. — domestic abuse battery, fourth offense; drug possession; tail lamps.

Brandale Rashon Johnson, 22, 1925 4th St. — criminal conspiracy; telephone communications/improper language/harassment; possession of firearm or carrying of concealed weapon by a person convicted of domestic abuse battery and certain offense of battery of a dating partner; illegal possession of stolen firearms, first offense. Bond: $62,500.

Tanner Shay Cottingin, 30, 252 Sherman Houston, Kinder — domestic abuse battery, intentional use of force with dangerous weapon with serious bodily injury.

Lance Paul Wagner, 31, Breaux Bridge — failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator; direct contempt of court. Bond: $7,500.

Amy Dee Saunders, 47, Baton Rouge — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; identity theft $1,000 or more; bank fraud. Bond: $30,000.

Elijah Levi Webre, 42, homeless — unauthorized entry of a place of business; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000. Bond: $17,000.

Christopher Joseph Jolivette, 32, 2417 Oak Park Boulevard — domestic abuse battery, fourth offense; cruelty to juveniles.

Danny Ray Mearse, 39, 270 La. 109 South, Starks — two counts theft less than $1,000; two counts forgery; identity theft; drug possession; illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000.

Isaiah Demarcus Golden, 29, 710 W. McNeese St. No. 46 — domestic abuse battery.

Skylar Paul Clark, 25, 4891 McMahan Loop, Starks — violations of protective orders.

Cyle Harrison Burnett, 34, 751 Allied Road, Sulphur — misdemeanor sexual battery.

Troy Dowell Siverand, 58, 2915 Jerry Lee Ave. — drug possession; aggravated battery.

Harold Isaac Sylvester, 48, 825 W. Verdine St., Sulphur — battery of a dating partner, first offense.

Barry Dewayne Handy, 45, 1579 Georgia Road, Moss Bluff — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.; interfering with emergency communication. Bond: $5,500.

Robert Bartie Jr., 62, 711 10th St. — aggravated flight from an officer; hit-and-run driving; headlamps on motor vehicles; no motor vehicle insurance; switched license plates.

Travis Demon King Jr., 24, 2128 Legion St. — illegal possession of stolen things from $5,000 but less than $25,000; possession of synthetic marijuana, first offense; resisting an officer by refusal to I.D.
