Every month, children (both young and old) will get their creative feet wet with fun programs curated just for them at Central Library!
Upper-elementary school aged children will enjoy the “Big Kids Art Club” where they will create a variety of art projects each month. The next art club meeting takes place 3:30-4:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 13.
Children in grades Pre-K through lower Elementary also have their time to shine during the “Little Artists” programs, held each month. The next program takes place 3:30-4:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 28.
Each program will take place in the children’s area of Central Library, located at 301 W. Claude St.
The programs are free and open to all children and all supplies will be provided.
Due to limited space, registration is required. To sign your child up, call Central Library at (337) 721-7117 or stop by the branch. Patrons can also sign up online by visiting the online event calendar at www.calcasieulibrary.org. Simply look for the program in the list, click on it, then click on the registration button.
