Levi was among five people who were arrested after a disagreement between several individuals, spurred a shooting in the 900 block of McKinley Street in Jennings in March 2022. No one was injured in the shooting.

Police were called to the area in response to shots being fired. When they arrived, police learned that a vehicle passing on McKinley Street had fired shots at a man and a juvenile who were standing outside of a residence.

Witnesses also told police they saw the man and the juvenile running to a residence on McKinley Street and that the man appeared to be carrying a long rifle. The weapon was later located behind a residence on McKinley Street, where the man and juvenile were seen running.

The man and juvenile were found inside the residence, where the man was reportedly hiding in the attic.

A vehicle believed to be involved in the shooting was later stopped in Welsh with Levi and a woman inside. Several guns were recovered from the vehicle.

When interviewed by detectives, Levi admitted to shooting at the man and the juvenile. The woman also admitted to being involved in the incident by aiding Levi.
