Gloria Ann “Toto” Johnson, age 84, of Lake Charles, Louisiana passed away on Sunday, August 27, 2023. 

She was born on January 03, 1939 in the community of Duralde to parents Armand and Bernice Johnson. 

Gloria was a lifelong resident of Lake Charles, LA. She loved to travel worldwide and her favorite saying was “Been there, done that”. 

Gloria is predeceased by her parents, and sister Barbara Colomb.

Her memory will be cherished by her siblings,Wilda Newman,Jane Hunter(Charles), Aubrey Johnson(Betty), Michael Johnson (Brenda), and Theresa Johnson; and a host of nieces and nephews. 

The family would like to welcome friends and relatives to Hixson Funeral Home on Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at 10 am for visitation. A rosary will be prayed at 11am, with funeral services starting at 1 pm.

Burial will follow at Highland Memory Gardens in Lake Charles, LA. 

The family would like to thank the caregivers and staff of Harbor Hospice, but most especially to Naomi, Stacy, Kennedi, Keisha, Sarah, Kristie, and Lili.
