"Chef Q" and "Chef David" of the Coushatta Casino Resort were among 10 teams competing Saturday in inaugural Shannon Brown Sauce Cook Off in Fenton. The cook off was held in honor of fallen police officer Shannon Matthew Brown Sr. who was killed in the line of duty in 2016.
