The play is based on “The Addams Family” characters created by cartoonist Charles Addams and features an original plot. Wednesday Addams, the “ultimate princess of darkness,” has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family – a man her parents have never met.

Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his family.

“It’s creepy and it’s kooky, mysterious and spooky, it’s altogether ooky; but the Addams Family musical is also full of laughs, memorable songs, and heartwarming love stories.” Director Kathy Heath said.

Heath said everyone is working hard to learn the songs and choreography and put it all together with the show’s added special effects and fun surprises, as well as a talented crew of volunteers building all of the set pieces and props that will “bring this show to life.”

She added that with such an amazing cast, she’s proud of how the show is coming together.

“Every theatre production is different, and I know this one will be truly unique. I believe that this is going to be something people will be talking about and wanting to come back and see again and again.”

The cast features Joseph Comeaux, Katelyn “Liz” Bonnette, Jonah Alexander, Haleigh Miller, Abigail Clause, Steven Jordan, Jeff Johns, Trent Gaspard, Alex Tyler, Cole Becton, Kaylee Heath and Erin Heath.
