The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury’s former internet domain name, calcasieuparish.gov, expires August 1, 2023, and emails and website visit attempts will no longer work at that domain.

CPPJ adopted the new domain, calcasieu.gov, last year and all correspondence to Police Jury email addresses and website visits should use that domain. The Police Jury has been able to use both domains simultaneously during the transition period, which ends August 1.

Constituents and residents who interact with Parish personnel or services should check to make sure their saved email addresses and website favorites are updated to the calcasieu.gov domain. Local websites that link to our website should also be updated to calcasieu.gov.

Parish employees are reviewing incoming emails to check which domain is being utilized and will attempt to notify those still using the expiring domain.

Users attempting to email CPPJ with the old domain will begin seeing failure notices August 1.
