A Longville man accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a girl under the age of 13 has been charged with rape.

Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Kayla Vincent said detectives received an anonymous complaint on Monday about Devon B. Henry, 20, having the inappropriate relationship.

She said when detectives spoke with Henry, he confirmed he had inappropriate sexual contact with the girl.

He was arrested and booked into the Calcasieu Correctional Center and charged with first-degree rape and three counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile.

Judge Tony Fazzio set his bond at $2.25 million.
