Andre Cartel Henry, 28, 1012 Live Oak St. — simple burglary; attempted theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $25,000.

Warren Anthony Payne, 18, 1012 Live Oak St. — simple burglary; attempted theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; illegal carrying of weapon-possession, custody or use of any tools customarily used by thieves or burglars. Bond: $21,500.

Mejel Mark Pete Jr., 19, 1012 Live Oak St. — simple burglary; attempted theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; illegal carrying of weapons, first offense. Bond: $21,500.

Donald Joseph Larocca, 56, 2055 Amie Drive, Iowa, La. — theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000. Bond: $15,000.

Ray Anthony Kelly Sr., 69, 1207 Pryce St. — two counts drug possession; required position and method of turning at intersections; view outward or inward through windshield or windows.

James Brandon Israel, 42, 964 Mission Lane ­— careless operation; operating while intoxicated, third offense; resisting an officer; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000.

Seth Damoine Austin, 35, 1216 California St. — theft less than $1,000; illegal use of weapons or dangerous instruments; possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; aggravated second-degree battery; direct contempt of court. Bond: $805,000.

Raymond Clayton Armentor, 61, 1208 Edwards Road, Sulphur — operating while intoxicated, fourth offense. Bond: $100,000.
