7/17: Calcasieu Parish Sheriff announces arrest list

The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office reported the following arrests:

Kiynen Davon Chieves, 21, 1932 8th St. — six counts drug possession; four counts possession of firearm or carrying concealed weapon by a person convicted of certain felonies; four counts illegal carrying of weapons during commission of a crime or in presence of CDS; revocation of parole; probation violation. Bond: $28,000.

Daniel Antonio Mantilla Sanchez-Navarrete, 50, 3870 La. 14 East No. 66 — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; illegal possession of stolen things from $1,000 but less than $5,000. Bond: $12,500.

Christopher Lawrence Trahan, 38, 2011 Rose Drive — driving on roadway laned for traffic; failure to register and notify as a sex offender or child predator.

Ashley Renee Ray, 34, 1107 Lori Lane, Sulphur — theft less than $1,000, two or more previous convictions; theft less than $1,000.

Dcorey Bershard Shillow, 19, 513 Truman St., Sulphur — domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse battery, strangulation.

Garrett Anthony Quaid, 31, 2318 Bon Vie Drive, Sulphur — domestic abuse aggravated assault.

Dallance Page Manuel, 18, 609 Creole Lane — domestic abuse battery.

Marsheila Sara Smith, 32, 120 Predium Road — simple arson; simple battery; simple criminal damage to property less than $500; simple criminal damage to property less than $1,000; traffic charge; operating vehicle while license is suspended; vehicle license required. Bond: $85,600.

Christy Lee Robinette, 41, 1751 Houston River Road, Westlake — domestic abuse battery, serious bodily injury.

Ashley Richelle Kibler, 32, 130 Self St. No. 12 — theft from $1,000 but less than $5,000; drug possession; theft of a motor vehicle from $5,000 but less than $25,000; direct contempt of court. Bond: $39,500.

Frank Thomas Papania, 54, 614 Henry St. No. 7 — domestic abuse battery.

Jermaine Leonard Oree Jr., 23, 4245 5th Ave. S204 — false imprisonment, offender armed with dangerous weapon; domestic abuse battery, child endangerment; domestic abuse battery, strangulation; interfering with emergency communication.
