Summer fun idea: Making tie-dye socks for seniors

- The Carnegie Library is located at 411 Pujo St.
Have fun and get creative while giving back to our local senior citizens!
Children will create colorful, tie-dye socks 2-3 p.m. Friday, July 14, at the Carnegie Memorial Library, located at 411 Pujo St. in downtown Lake Charles.
The non-slip socks will then be donated to local senior citizens in need.
All supplies, as well as refreshments, will be supplied.
Due to limited space, registration is required. To sign up, stop by the Carnegie Library or call (337) 721-7084.
The program is free and open to children.
